Who is drive testing these sites for Dish? They lit up Portland for one day (night actually), drove by all them.... then turned all the sites off! i am deleting non active sites -- Note from Khawkbend: I'm drive testing them, and they have been active. As of 11/10 they were still active. Some sites will turn on and off as optimization occurs, but the Bend/Redmond sites are all enabled for VoNR and have not gone down since they were enabled around October 25th.
