2022.Nov.18: 3280844 (sectors 7 to 9) is set to DAS so that 328084-9 will be located close.

Old remarks: Tentative fix until Cellmapper finally supports manual cell paring and/or something smart. (The site developer before said such functionality is in the backlog.) Probably 328084-9 is also situated together. That cell is now paired wrongly near Nishikase.

Hope a separate Cell 12 won't appear, otherwise the location must be reverted to eliminate a wrong pair.
