(note from @Fresh1170: moved site to Pen Garnwen, signal on B28 (-114dBm) seems to be very similar to O2 B20 (-116dBm) and I think 3G is still broadcasting from this site as I'm getting EARFCN 99 instead of 76 (usually standard for newer Three sites)

(Unfortunately not. By the way, I've been moving some of your O2 3G sites in the 21718 LAC zone since they're not accurate based on my own data and based on information from O2's coverage checker (I'm not sure how well known this is yet, but we discovered last week that you can search for an O2 site by inputting "cell:" with the cell ID (for 2G/3G, it's decimal like cell:42420 and for 4G, it's hexadecimal) - @westcountrywanderer)
