Rigth next to the Vodafone site, o2 has a 3G with 3 antennas spread over the roof of Teltowkanalstraße 4-8, which is also very close to o2's 4G site at Siemensstraße. Someone working on the o2 3G antenna, seen from west at the crossing Telowkanalstraße / Am Elsenbruch.
