This is ASR #1320911 constructed in 2022 by Parallel Infrastructure III, LLC as a replacement for a nearby SBA site, ASR #1229382 and AT&T eNB 292108, decommissioned April 2023. Site is visible on Street View from May 2023 imagery on I-35 Northbound as seen by the rest area. AT&T antennas show as removed from the nearby SBA site as of June 2023 imagery.
